Saas-Fee Mountain PaintingZermatt MatterhornGrindelwaldWorking and living in the beautiful environment of the four-thousand-meter peaks and glaciers of Saas-Fee, Marjolein was moved to paint the mountainous environment.
In 2009 Marjolein founded Galerie Maste 4 in Saas-Fee, 2565 m above sea level. The interest shown in her mountain series prompted her to send paintings to the Liner Museum Appenzell in 2012, in order to be received as a new member into the Guild of Swiss Mountain Painters. She succeeded.
That was the start of series of for instance Saas-Fee mountain paintings, but also Mountains of Grindelwald and of course the Matterhorn.
